Booked for the MediaCorp Festival

We have been booked to produce and perform a customized illusion act for the Mediacorp Festival in early Oct 2009 at the Ritz Carlton Milennia Singapore.

This is an annual trade event for media buyers, advertisers, trade partners and top management for all Medicorp channels. For our overseas readers, Mediacorp is Singapore’s national television broadcaster. Business-wise, this is the most important event of the year for the ad sales team as it showcases the year’s line-up of shows and allows them to pitch to advertisers.

This is the second time that I will appearing on this show. In 2006, I was on the show to promote Singapore’s first ever ‘Street Magic’ series segments that ran for 15 episodes on Ch 8. In the live trade show, I made Patricia Mok appear with a motorcycle, vertically cut her in two and made her teleport from stage to screen.

This year, Ning & I will be helming a highlight act and then designing some illusions for two actors who will be starring in a new drama serial in 2010.

We most recently worked with MediaCorp on the Five Stars Carnival variety show where we showcased illusions from “Ultimate Magic”. Check out two episodes below:

Our appearance at a MediaCorp event is also timely as ‘Magic Babe’ will be on the cover of the current FHM isssue, which is a Mediacorp publication.
