Teleportation Over the Singapore River Revisited

Although it seems like more than a year ago for us, the Concept:Magic team staged “South East Asia’s Biggest Magic Event” (Channel News Asia) just 6 months ago during the Singapore F1 GP Season in Sept 2008.

As a key highlight for the Singapore Tourism Board’s (STB) “Singapore River Festival”, Central (shopping mall) and STB engaged us to put up a spectacular mega illusion. So, our team came up with the idea of teleporting 3 of Central’s shoppers across the Singapore River in 2.5 seconds.

Ning & I presented the mega illusion to over 5000 people successfuly and the illusion made the news in most of the major media outlets.

Check out the Channel News Asia pre-event report that was just put up by the reporter:

This is the highlight videos from the actual mega illusion itself!

Hope you liked that. Look out for our new promo trailer coming out very soon!

Were space ships used to teleport people from one location to the other? That was a freaking cool magic! I want to learn also!

  2. Ming says:

so cooool! that is so like JUMPER! if I can do that, I can surely get Gold for 2.4km running time. Imagine the things you can do with an ability like Nightcrawler. Bamph! And you’re gone. dont need to pay for taxi or plane fare. :):)

I bet every sci fi, startrek, stargate and etc would want to know how that’s done. 🙂 maybe you guys actually own advance technology to make it work. :O *shocked face*
